Yes. Valorant Scout is completely free and open source on GitHub. There is no account, no login and no paywall — you download it, run it on Windows, and everything is unlocked.

It reads the same local data your VALORANT client already exposes on your own PC (the client's local API). There is no scraping and no third-party server in the loop — your data stays entirely on your machine. The project is open source, so you can read exactly what it does.
