All 27 Breeze callouts

Every spot on Breeze with the name to call it, what else players call it and what it's for. 23 of them are the names VALORANT shows on the minimap; the rest are community callouts you'll hear in ranked and pro comms.

Breeze A site callouts

A BridgeAlso called BridgeBridge is reached by the rope at the back of A Site and leads onward into A Hall, so a call here means someone is crossing toward the hall or coming up that rope.
A HallCommunityAlso called HallsThe halls between Mid and A Site, the route for attackers who take mid and swing onto A.
A LobbyAlso called LobbyA Lobby holds the attacker-side rope that climbs up to Bridge and then into A Hall, so calls for it warn that enemies are using that climb.
A PyramidsAlso called PyramidsA Pyramids are the raised cover structures on A Site that attackers plant in front of and that offer long angles, so players call them out when someone holds them over the plant zone.
A RampThe ramp below A Bridge on the defender side of A, the route between A and the top of mid.
A RopeCommunityAlso called RopeThe rope by A Shop that climbs up toward the halls, a quick vertical route on the A side.
A ShopAlso called ShopA Shop is the room on the A side that works as the gate into A Cave, and since the 12.00 rework it is the only way into that cave, so calls for it warn that enemies are pushing through the Shop.
A SiteA Site is the spike site on the A side, reached from A Main, A Cave and the Mid door, and its callouts mark where defenders hold and where attackers plant.
A YellowCommunityAlso called YellowThe yellow container between A Bridge and A Site, cover on the defender side of the site.

Breeze B site callouts

B BackAlso called Backsite, Back SiteB Back is the space behind the brick tower at the far end of the B Site wall, a common Viper or Killjoy setup, so players call it out when someone is hiding there or an attacker gets trapped in the back site.
B ElbowAlso called ElbowB Elbow is the bent passage that links Mid Top to B Site and is used for flanks and rotations; the rework raised its wall so it can no longer be jumped, so a call here means someone is coming around that bend.
B LadderCommunityAlso called LadderThe ladder at the back of B Site, a climb defenders use to hold the site from an off angle.
B MainAlso called MainB Main is the wider of the two attacker entrances into B Site and the first contact point for many B executes, so calling it means someone is holding or pushing the approach.
B SiteB Site is the spike site on the B side, entered from B Main and B Tunnel, and since the 12.00 rework a wall splits it in two, so calls often specify which half an enemy is in.
B TunnelAlso called TunnelB Tunnel is the second attacker entrance into B Site beside B Main, and holders there get sniper angles, so the call warns that an enemy has taken the tunnel side.
B WallAlso called WallB Wall is the wall on B Site that attackers can take control of from Top Mid and that defenders can play aggressively from, so calls for it mean someone is peeking off that wall.
B WindowAlso called WindowB Window is the opening on the back side of B Site, and players call it out when an enemy is watching the site through it.

Breeze mid callouts

Mid BottomAlso called Mid-BottomThe attacker end of mid, where attackers come in from spawn before taking mid.
Mid CannonThe cannon on the B side of mid, the open stretch attackers cross from mid toward B Elbow.
Mid HallThe hall between mid and A beside Mid Wood Doors, the defenders' rotation route from mid to A.
Mid NestAlso called Sniper's Nest, NestMid Nest is the elevated sniper position in Mid that watches Mid Doors and mid pushes, and it must be cleared in B retakes, so calls for it report a sniper threatening both sites.
Mid PillarAlso called PillarMid Pillar is the central pillar that splits Mid, and after the rework a wall beside it was extended so Mid has one entrance, so calls for it mark fights at the center of Mid.
Mid TopAlso called Top MidMid Top is the top-side route through Mid that attackers use to hit B Site, pairing with B Main and connecting to B Elbow, so calling it out tracks enemies heading toward B from Mid.
Mid Wood DoorsAlso called Mid Doors, Double Doors, Wood Doors, DoorsMid Wood Doors are the doors on the Mid side that open onto A Site, and teams push through them, so calls for these doors warn of an A-site push from Mid.

Breeze attacker side callouts

Attacker Side SpawnThe attacker spawn is where the attacking team starts each round, and calls from it usually report enemies moving out early along the attacking routes.

Breeze defender side callouts

Defender Side ArchesAlso called ArchesArches is the defender-side archway on the front of B Site near B Wall, and calls there mark defenders holding the arch or attackers pushing toward it.
Defender Side SpawnThe defender spawn is where defenders start and the main route for rotating between the two spike sites, so calls from it track early defender movement.

Not on the minimap

Breeze community callouts

Names you'll hear in ranked and pro comms that the game itself doesn't print. They're usually props or corners inside a bigger area, so they let a call be more exact than the minimap allows.

  • A HallA Site

    Also called Halls

The halls between Mid and A Site, the route for attackers who take mid and swing onto A.

  • A RopeA Site

    Also called Rope

The rope by A Shop that climbs up toward the halls, a quick vertical route on the A side.

  • A YellowA Site

    Also called Yellow

The yellow container between A Bridge and A Site, cover on the defender side of the site.

  • B LadderB Site

    Also called Ladder

The ladder at the back of B Site, a climb defenders use to hold the site from an off angle.

Area by area

Know every corner of Breeze

A Site

9 callouts
  1. 01After the 12.00 rework the A Hall door is fenced: you can see and shoot through it but nothing crosses, so don't spend a player guarding it from the cave side.
  2. 02A Shop is now the only way into A Cave, so a player posted near the Shop catches pushes early and turns the cave into a dead end for attackers.
  3. 03Cover the rope routes: the back-site rope and the A Lobby rope both climb to Bridge, so a teammate on Bridge or near the rope shuts down flanks.

B Site

8 callouts
  1. 01Use B Main and B Tunnel together: attackers can enter from both, so put one defender on the Tunnel angle while the main player watches the wider B Main approach.
  2. 02Don't count on jumping the Elbow wall; the rework raised it, so route enemies through B Main or Tunnel instead.
  3. 03B Back is a trap spot for attackers, so don't dump into it without a flash; defenders can hold it with Viper or Killjoy setups behind the brick tower.

Mid

7 callouts
  1. 01With one entrance to Mid after 12.00, a player on the Mid Cubby can ambush anyone who peeks the boxes, so use the cubby rather than peeking the open center.
  2. 02Clear Mid Nest before a B retake, since it sees both sites and a sniper there can punish a rotating team.

FAQ

Breeze callouts, answered.

What are the callouts on Breeze?

Breeze has 27 common callouts. A Site: A Bridge, A Hall, A Lobby, A Pyramids, A Ramp, A Rope, A Shop, A Site and A Yellow. B Site: B Back, B Elbow, B Ladder, B Main, B Site, B Tunnel, B Wall and B Window. Mid: Mid Bottom, Mid Cannon, Mid Hall, Mid Nest, Mid Pillar, Mid Top and Mid Wood Doors.

How many sites does Breeze have?

Breeze has 2 bomb sites (A Site and B Site). Breeze is a tropical map with two spike sites, A and B, joined by a central Mid that offers routes into both, and its long sightlines reward careful angle control.

Which Breeze callouts are not shown in the game?

A Hall, A Rope, A Yellow and B Ladder are community names. The game's own callout text doesn't use them, but players and pros say them all the time.

Where is A Bridge on Breeze?

Bridge is reached by the rope at the back of A Site and leads onward into A Hall, so a call here means someone is crossing toward the hall or coming up that rope.

Where is A Hall on Breeze?

The halls between Mid and A Site, the route for attackers who take mid and swing onto A.

Where is A Lobby on Breeze?

A Lobby holds the attacker-side rope that climbs up to Bridge and then into A Hall, so calls for it warn that enemies are using that climb.

Where is A Pyramids on Breeze?

A Pyramids are the raised cover structures on A Site that attackers plant in front of and that offer long angles, so players call them out when someone holds them over the plant zone.

Are these Breeze callouts official?

23 of them are: they're the names VALORANT itself prints on the Breeze minimap. The other 4 are community names that players and pros use but the game doesn't show; they're marked Community.

How do I see callout names in the game?

VALORANT shows the name of the area you're in under the minimap, and a location ping shows the callout name of the spot you pinged, so your team hears and sees the same word.

Are VALORANT callouts translated into other languages?

Partly. In some languages the game translates a few minimap names (Spanish shows "Árbol" for Tree, for example), while names like Main and Lobby stay in English. Most teams use the English names in comms.

How do I learn callouts fast?

Open the map above, switch to the side you're playing, then hit Test yourself. The quiz lights up one spot at a time and asks for its name, so a few rounds of it is enough to know the map before you queue.
