A Site
13 callouts- 01Hit A Long and Short at the same time; one defender can't hold both.
- 02Clear A Tower and A Hell before planting, as both see the default spot.
- 03Defenders: a single smoke on A Long buys time for the A Link rotation.
VALORANT map callouts
Haven is the original three-site map: A on the east, B in the middle and C on the west. Attackers hit A through A Long or Sewer, B straight through Mid, and C through C Long or Garage. With three sites to cover, defenders rely on fast rotations through A Link and C Link behind each site.

Haven has 3 bomb sites (A Site, B Site and C Site). Haven is the original three-site map: A on the east, B in the middle and C on the west. Attackers hit A through A Long or Sewer, B straight through Mid, and C through C Long or Garage. With three sites to cover, defenders rely on fast rotations through A Link and C Link behind each site.
A Box, A Graffiti, A Heaven Stairs, A Hell, A Ramp, A Short, C Connector, C Logs and C Platform are community names. The game's own callout text doesn't use them, but players and pros say them all the time.
The boxes on A Site at the A Short entrance, cover for a defender while a teammate holds Tower.
The attacker-side area behind A Lobby, where attackers group before splitting into Long or Sewer.
The painted wall on the A Link side of A Site, where defenders sit to catch attackers coming onto site.
The stairs up to A Tower (Heaven) at the back of A Site, the defenders' way up to the high ground.
21 of them are: they're the names VALORANT itself prints on the Haven minimap. The other 9 are community names that players and pros use but the game doesn't show; they're marked Community.
VALORANT shows the name of the area you're in under the minimap, and a location ping shows the callout name of the spot you pinged, so your team hears and sees the same word.
Partly. In some languages the game translates a few minimap names (Spanish shows "Árbol" for Tree, for example), while names like Main and Lobby stay in English. Most teams use the English names in comms.
Open the map above, switch to the side you're playing, then hit Test yourself. The quiz lights up one spot at a time and asks for its name, so a few rounds of it is enough to know the map before you queue.
